Patient Approval Program

What is it?

To better assist your practice to serve those in need of our products, Prologue Vision offers the convenience of the “Patient Approval” program on all of our frames that are currently active. This program offers practices the ability to order frames for the patients to see and to try on in person, with a 30-day return window if the patient decides against the selection. By providing this elevated level of service to the patients, practices are able to save time by effectively assisting their patients with their fitting needs.

How do I participate?

To participate in the program, simply indicate in the comments of the order when placing an order online, or mention verbally “Patient Approval” and specify the patient’s name when ordering over the phone.

What are the guidelines of Patient Approval?

Patient Approval allows practices to order frames that a patient is interested in with no commitment. A practice may order multiple frames for a patient under Patient Approval; however, guidelines need to be kept in mind if the practice wishes to return them. Frames must be returned within 30 days of the date of the invoice to receive credit. Frames that are not returned within the 30-day window (i.e. if the practice decides to keep them, the patient purchases them, etc.) will be charged to the practice’s account.
